Seeded Flapjack Bars


4 oz E.V. rapeseed oil, mixed with… 4 oz brown sugar and 2 oz golden syrup, heated all together before being mixed with… 4 oz oats and 4 oz mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed)

Pour it into a lined tin. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool. Turn out. Cut with a very sharp knife. Unbelievably good if you crumble one up in a bowl, pour in some milk and a little double cream and eat with a spoon. Don’t do that too often though or you’ll kill yourself.
